• Registration and browsing are free; no subscription fees apply unless explicitly stated.

• Zozila Wallet:

  • Automatically created upon registration.

  • Accepted only for purchases on Zozila.com.

  • Non-transferable, non-cashable, and non-refundable.

  • Refunds or trade-in credits allocated to Wallet are final and irrevocable.

7. Shipping Policy

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on business days are shipped the same day.

• Orders placed later or on holidays/business closures ship on the next business day.

• Typical delivery time: 3–4 business days, with delivery available any day of the week unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders & Physical Products

• No cancellations once orders are dispatched.

• Refunds provided only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective,

  • A wrong item is delivered,

  • Order is canceled before dispatch.

Digital Products (e.g., PSN or PC download codes)

• Non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If the code is non-functional, we liaise with the provider; resolution may take up to 21 working days.

• Quoted values valid for 15 days only.

• Game must be shipped within this period.

• Original DVD-sized case required; tampered or faulty items are rejected.

• Rejected items will be returned at customer's cost or destroyed.

Consoles & Accessories

• Must be fully functional with all original sealed accessories.

• Only one console per customer/household.

• Zozila reserves the right to reduce value or reject trade-ins based on condition.

Common Conditions

• Zozila is not liable for damage or loss in transit.

• Estimated processing time: 1–4 business days depending on category.

• Provide accurate bank account details (IFSC/account number) to avoid payment delays.

• Wallet credit is final and cannot be converted to cash.

10. Gift Card Ownership & Redemption Policy

Ownership & Risk

• Once delivered, gift cards are considered the property of the purchaser.

• Responsibility for card misuse or unauthorized transfer lies solely with the original owner.

Redemption Conditions

1. Valid only on official brand websites or authorized mobile apps.

2. Use on unauthorized or unverified platforms may lead to permanent loss and no recourse.

3. No refunds, replacements, or liability for lost or stolen cards.

4. Chargebacks or cyber complaints are not permitted post successful order placement.

5. Customer accepts these risks by completing the gift card purchase or redemption.

• We do not guarantee service continuity, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted operations.

• Under no circumstances shall Zozila or its affiliates be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,

  • Loss of data, profit, good will, or business interruption,
