Shipping Policy
● All Orders Placed Successfully Will be dispatched on the Same Working day.
If Order is Placed Before 3 pm IST. Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed on the Next Working Day. Working Days Include All Days of the
Week Excluding Sundays & Public Holidays.
● Delivery Time: Customers can self-pick up orders from our office in Panvel-Navi Mumbai If they wish to. The same must be communicated with us after placing the order.
- Next day or 2 days delivery for customers residing near Mumbai.
- 3-5 Days for the rest of India.
- 7-10 days for Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh & North Eastern regions beyond Kolkata.
● We seek your patience & cooperation. However delivery is free for every order. Products that are pre-ordered on our website will be dispatched on the launch date respectively.
● Free pickup facility for all sell orders where our courier partners are serviceable. For locations where our courier partners are not serviceable customers can self-ship the products using India post (Speed post) or similar & claim up to INR 100/- as courier fees refund against a valid courier receipt.
● Customers are advised to pack the items securely before handing them over to our courier partner for safe delivery to us. Pickup ETA for all sell orders will be 1-2 days after successful sell order placement & verification. Our courier partners will be calling all customers before coming for pickup. We request to answer the call to confirm pickup at the earliest.
● All sell orders will be termed as “Return Pickup” by our courier partners.
