  • Return Requests for Games which are Purchased & Not liked by the Customers would not be Accepted at any cost. Deductions would be made in that case as “Sell Prices”.   • Method of refund: Refund will be initiated as follows-  Prepaid Orders: Amount will be Credited to your Source Account which was used for Payment. For Cash/Pay on Delivery Orders: Amount will be Credited to your Bank Account Directly. Customers can Opt for Refund Directly in Zozila Wallet as well. Zozila Wallet is a Redeemable Store Credit which can used to purchase Any Product on our Website with No Expiry. Please Note Refund will Take Max 7-10 Working Days to be Credited to your Account. Subject to Bank’s Policy. 
  • Product condition: Product must be Returned in a Same Condition in which it was Delivered. With Box/Accessories/Manual etc if Available. It should be Returned as it is for Smoother Refund Process. Anything Found Missing would Attract Penalties/Deduction in Refund Total. Items Received Free as a Part of Promotion Should also be Returned as it is.

  • In Case of Cancellation of Prepaid Orders Product from Customer’s End Payment Gateway Fees would be Deducted & Rest Balance Amount will be credited back to Source Account. Once Order are Shipped we don’t Accept any Cancellations. Please Inform as soon as possible before Shipping the Product or Immediately After Order is Placed.  COD Orders can be Cancelled Before Shipping.
